Load in source data (if there is not updated source data skip update), update dataset, and deliver output to EARD for review.
- Title V Facility Permits here and Issued State Facility Air Permits here have not been updated since our last update, so we will not be updating these datasets for the CEQR app this sprint.
Made available in CEQR app
