upcoming vs. past workshops? #4

We need to have a separation between upcoming workshops and past workshops. This would entail creating the relevant divs in the workshops/index.html, and using the datePassed() function to append incoming workshops to the relevant divs

There seems to be a bug in the current workshops listing: the "Switch Off Your Eyes" is currently listed as upcoming! @AdhamChakohi
