Hi Abhinav. Almost certainly a false positive (false alarm), with software on your computer identifying the non-malicious file as malware.

Can you provide the exact text of the pop-up message?

And do you know which program generates the message?
(Most likely it is a firewall or antivirus or anti-malware application.)

Does the warning look like the first screenshot here? https://winaero.com/how-to-unblock-files-downloaded-from-internet-in-windows-10/

If it does then:

  • Click "More info" then click "Run anyway".

Alternatively, you can do what the second screenshot of the article shows:

  1. Click the EXE with the right mouse button.
  2. In the context menu, click "Properties" (last item).
  3. In the Properties window, check the "Unblock" checkbox and click OK.
