Build succeed but commands in bot not working

I have clone the repo into my local machine, then I configure credentials, service accounts as well as token.pickle, config.env,... Everything seems to work correctly.
Somehow, when I'm trying to type commands (all set in BotFather), it didn't throw me any response.
