Yes, $META (The governance token) will be awarded to collaborators. Your $META will be awarded after Meta-Staking mainnet implementation.
It's not clear now. It depend son the final tokenomics, on the amount of staking the meta-pool attracts, and the future $META demand.

- Open the wallet, choose "testnet" as network and import the account into the wallet
- Go to www.narwallets.com/dapp/testnet/meta
- Open the wallet, select your testnet account and click "connect to web site"
- Operate the Dapp, stake, sell stNEAR, add liquidity, find and squash bugs, help make it better and prettier, get rewards!
