Make reductions skip a target if it fails, not crash entire pipeline. #12

In nifsSort.py we're trying to terminate reductions early if: for any given science frame, tellurics (if requested) or calibrations aren't found. It would be nice if rather than terminating the entire pipeline, these errors trigger the removal of that particular target/grating combination from the list of directories to try reducing.
