I'm trying to import and analyze a bunch of files, similar to #5530. For now I'm trying to do this serially all on one machine before I consider tackling a distributed solution. I have a Python script (this is part of a larger Python project) calling a Java script via the headless-analyzer & subprocess.run(). I want to use the subprocess.run() timeout parameter, but in doing so, the Ghidra lock file isn't cleaned up, so subsequent analysis will fail since they're unable to lock the project. What's the consequence(s) of deleting that lock file after such timeout? Will it corrupt Ghidra's underlying database(s)? I don't mind loosing the partial results (if any) of failed analysis, but will I lose anything else of significance? Thanks!
