Improving view tabs of resources

The view tabs of various resources (e.g. ITM, SPL, CRE) look very dated by now. Their static appearance takes up much space on modern displays without showing much information.

I would suggest to come up with an improved scheme that can be applied to all structured resources supporting view tabs, to keep a consistent look & feel.

A few suggestions that should be considered:

• adding strrefs to the strings for names or descriptions (including an option for disabling this feature)
• adding the button bar (found exclusively in the edit tabs) providing functions for export, printing, etc., to all view tabs
• adding ways for the user to resize certain parts of the view tab (e.g. by using splitters, etc.)
• adding a new field in SPL view tabs that displays the symbolic names of spells (e.g. "CLERIC_BLESS (1101)" for sppr101.spl)
