v1.1.0 API Changelog #1487

This issue is a place for us to record all of the changes that we make to the v1.1.0 API. These will be compiled into a changelog when we release v1.1.0, and broadcasted to #app-dev, among other places.

The api call /wallet/seeds will now always return the value 1 for the field addressesremaining. This field should be ignored by newer apps. Returning a value of 1 preserves compatibility with previous apps.

We should probably create a folder in the API called changelogs, with a separate file in that folder for each version transition. So for v1.1.0 we'd have a file called v1.1.0. Once that file is created, we can close this issue. That file is probably a better place to keep things that are in-progress than this issue.
