makenek fails to identify the right compiler knobs #222

The compilers specified in makenek may use specific knobs producing executables which cannot run on the login node. In this makenek will fail trying to determine pointer size, name mangling etc.

Reproduced on ANL's Theta (login node: Broadwell, compute nodes: KNL).
Cray MPI wrappers are using MIC-AVX512 for the compute nodes while the login node does not support this instruction set.
