Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

No.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to run multiple completely isolated sets of projects and configs with Dab. Think Kubernetes namespace.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leaving it as one Dab per machine then the machine cannot be shared so no alternatives.

Could generate id config key if missing and use DAB_CONF_PATH env var switching to change instance?
