Standardize app entrypoints

Please describe the current behaviour

At present dab does various things for the docker entrypoints for apps.

What is suboptimal about the current behaviour

The current behaviour is insufficient because some apps need to be given the app name again to use it and some do not.

Describe the way you think it should behave

All apps should have their application as the entrypoint, and cmd should default to whatever reasonable switches for daemons and -h for cli tools.

you know you have seceeded if you never need to run the command name alongside the container name. like dab apps run vault vault as an example of what we should not need to do.
