Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

None.

Describe the solution you'd like

dab repo list should also warn for each directory in DAB_REPO_PATH that does not match a repo defined in DAB_CONF_PATH. This would be useful for telling the user to clean their repos after one was deleted from the config.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None, a change to dab repo list seems appropriate.
