Hi @zibous,
The management of app-drawer and other elements is being discussed in this issue. I‘ll let this issue open because it is referring to Home Assistant 2023.5 but nothing should be developed until this version is at least in beta.

I have tested the library in 2023.5.0b2 and it works without any issues. Could you check on your side if you are able to reproduce the error above there?
