✨ 어떤 기능인가요?

url을 create/new 로 나누는 것도 다시 생각해봐야 할 것 같고 수정 사항(#339) 생기면서 쓸모 없는 로직들이 생김.. (isCreated 상태도 이젠 필요 없어 보임)
#339 작업 하면서 하려고 해봤으나 시간 문제로 따로 이슈 팜
