Describe the bug?

The ping reported in-game for users appears to be half of what their ping actually is, as though it's only calculating the point to point time as opposed to the full return trip (which is what ping is). That or there's some weird quirk going on wherein the reported value is calculated incorrectly somehow. Pinging the same users outside of Neos will give the real value, which will be double what Neos reports (or incredibly close).

Create a ping node and assign it to any user (other than the host, obviously).

Expected behavior

For the user's ping to be reported correctly.
