Description

When someone disconnects when have fake nicks enabled, the disconnect message can still show the disconnectee's steam name. Ideally it should show the steam name for all parts of the message.

To Reproduce

  1. Look at chat

Expected behavior

Names should match up in the disconnect message, e.g XXX has disconnected (XXX has timed out)

Actual behavior

In the second part of the message, the steam name is used instead (XXX has disconnected (YYY has timed out)
