这个特性解决了什么问题？

input组件的onInput和onBlur事件中，使用了setState方法，js输出变量更新了，但是视图层的input显示值没有更新【H5出现的情况】。微信小程序没有这种情况，可以更新视图。比购买商品，我对输入购买商品的数量进行约束，然后对最后的值setState。js层完成了约束条件。但是input显示的value依然是输入的值，并没有进行约束更新setState的值【H5出现的情况】。

这个 API 长什么样？

期望他在H5的表现形式和微信小程序一样，视图层显示约束后的值。
