[RN]Taro.uploadFile返回的不是Promise

问题描述
Taro.uploadFile返回的不是Promise，跟其他端行为没保持一致。我看 node_modules/@tarojs/taro-rn/src/api/file/index.js 是已经实现了这块业务的了。
