vant不支持npm方式引入 #2

更新vant版本如果不是npm 会很麻烦而且 vant组件太多文件引入防止会导致编辑器卡不知道的人员还会修改导致bug

IDEA显示 TS2339: Property 'van-button' does not exist on type 'JSX.IntrinsicElements'. 并且不支持类型属性提示。用起来很不友好
