As reported by James Fong on discord

There are 2 issues in workload QOS Fixed% panels

  1. QoS fixed panels are not displaying the workloads where the admin svm qos policy has been applied.
  2. There is an error in the calculation of the Fixed QoS Bandwidth panel. The current PromQuery does not correctly convert bytes into Mbps before calculating the percentage, leading to higher than 100% results.
