Summary

I was checking this documentation and saw in the Step 3:
Launch PowerShell as a Windows administrator.

As I understand the recommendation for previous versions of UM were to use the Powershell, because there was some issue with CMD, but now it’s best to use CMD as an administrator.

Could you please mmend this?
