So this is actually two separate instances, but they are very similar.
The first is when I relabeled a repeat block to a for loop and it deleted all the code inside, no undo or anything, just gone.
The second is that I was trying to recover the code that had just been deleted and a ghost block formed(when a block visually duplicates, but moving one moves the other, but not vice versa) however on trying to move the ghost block to remake it, it promptly deleted all attached code

the first one is not a bug
after relabeling it looks like to the program as if you put the command stack into the second input in the for loop which is not a good place to put command stacks
