Regression of #75. except it always happens now

Steps to reproduce

  1. Generate a new card
  2. Start the game
  3. Observe your health bar when spawning into the skybox

Observed Behavior

The player receives ~1 heart of suffocation damage

Expected Behavior

The player should remain at full health at all times
