Download datasets from servers with ftp #427

There is an error in download of data from servers with FTP. With moabb (version 0.5) installed with pip, the download works, but when it is installed from sources, there is the following error: "No connection adapters were found for url...".

Removing default downloader set as HTTPDownloader in moabb/datasets/download.py solves the problem (for FTP), but could it impact the other datasets e.g. 001-2014 ?
