Default Friends pseudo-group

Allow an option to auto join a pseudo group that includes anyone on your friends list
Friends would need to:

• Also have the option enabled
• Have you as a friend too

Combined with

• Group Member on Map
• Render Ghosts

Would let you see where your friends are and even see their ghosts about if your not on the same world. Making the game become more sociable and less like a single player game
