Rename codebase to station #310

Description

The station gem was originally a combined platform and portal Rails application called nexmo-developer. The codebase still reflects the name nexmo-developer throughout. It should be changed to station. Tests need to be created to validate that the code still works as expected after the name change.

Related resources

  • Most of the functionality is found inside the lib/nexmo_developer folder, but not exclusively.
