Current goal:

• Productize iflib.
• Use mbuf vectors where advantageous.
• Add runtime configuration of number of queues and descriptors
• Add mechanism for expressing policy with respect to which cores to use for receive queues.

Future goals:

• Eliminate contention between user threads and ithreads on so_rcv.

• Fix excessive callout manipulation in TCP.
