Version 0.65.9 Login error: Wrong Username or Password

Login Error:
I am unable to log into my Nexus Mod Manager and it has repeatedly said "Login error: Wrong Username or Password"

After many tries, I checked to make sure I was using the proper username (not email) and password by re-logging onto the website, which was successful. However using my username and password on the mod manager has been unsuccessful.

Environment

• NMM version: 0.65.9

Additional information
I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall multiple times with both versions from the the Nexus website (0.65.2) and GitHub (0.65.9) to no avail.
Any help with this would be very useful, thank you. -Atc

I am still unable to find a way to log in, any help is appreciated.

SOLVED: Passwords can no longer include special characters, i removed them and it allowed me to use the manager,website, and forum with the edited password. @squid-box
