RPi Emulator

#Raspberry Pi Emulator for Windows. *Note this has been tested by me Jack Moran on windows 7 platforms up.

Thanks to discussions with Elf he found this raspberry pi emulator for windows. Originally however, the network functions did not work. With a bit of tinkering on my end windows users are now able to download this emulator and test if their code will compile with the added ability to access network functionality.

Please read the readme.txt file as it provides the command line user and password and the command to access the GUI.//I KNOW A LOT OF YOU WONT!!!

If errors do pop up during running this program please hesitate to contact me before 10am as i haven't had a morning cup of coffee xD
