Cannot read properties of null (reading 'avatar') when I click on proxy hosts.

Recently, I noticed the following error whenever I clicked on proxy hosts:
Cannot read properties of null (reading 'avatar')

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
Initially, it was running 2.10.2 when the error first occurred. I tried upgrading it to 2.11.1 to see if it would resolve the issue, but no luck. It's still now working.

Display the list of proxy hosts

Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS

Typically we run into this issue when a user has been deleted but has entries assigned to them in the database. I believe this post has a couple of fixes for the issue.
