Cannot convert QoL NG+ bnp

I was previously able to convert this mod with the previous version of the Windows version of UKMM but it no longer works. I get this error message instead:

Failed to convert BNP to UKMM mod

Caused by:

Most likely the mod is corrupt/broken. Try downloading it again.

Redownloading the mods did not solve the issue.

Whatever this error is, it happens while attempting to extract the mod as a 7z archive. So either something is wrong with the mod itself, or else something is wrong with the 7z program or library on your PC.¹ If you are quite certain it is not a corrupt file, try toggling the "Use system 7z" setting.
