Describe the bug

I can not run ScreenToGif.2.35.4.Portable.x64

To Reproduce

  1. I install "dotnet-runtime-6.0.2-win-x64.exe"

  2. I try to insall .net framework.

  3. try to run "ScreenToGif.2.35.4.Portable.x64"
    image

Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Win11 21H2
Version: OS build 22000.469

Hi, you need to download .NET 6 Desktop Runtime in order to run the app.

This issue will be addressed in the next release, which will contain the required binaries in the file itself.
