Add auto-pause in certain time ranges

This is extension is mainly used on devices, which are always on and connected to a screen of some sort.
Because of that the extension is automatically running all the time and generating requests. It would be cool to reduce the number of requests by allowing to configure auto-pause time ranges in which the extension pauses itself, if in run mode and returns running after this time range.
