Consider switching to GitHub Pages to host the niftynet website

The current website needs tender love and care. The source is hosted here https://github.com/NifTK/NiftyNet_Website but it hasn't been updated much and pushing the changes live is cumbersome. Should me move to using GitHub pages https://pages.github.com to streamline things? We would need a redirect of some sort to make sure http://niftynet.io is still transparently being used.

As discussed with @mjorgecardoso the easiest seems to be to:

• keep our https://github.com/NifTK/NiftyNet_Website repo
• enable GitHub Pages there
• make sure the redirect happens from the current hosting service

Forgot to mention, without redirect, this would be the basic url of the GitHub Pages:
