[VOTE] HTTP(S) vs Custom Origin #1 #4

I voted HTTPS - Various libraries, languages, etc. all have (probably not correct/ideal) expectations that "https" is secure content and part of URL parsing. Custom Schemes also can make the direct re-use slightly more difficult than registering for an existing origin that works in both web and hybrid scenarios. |

I voted for custom origin scheme. Although the support for custom schemes is not great ATM, some work is being done to improve that (https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/blink-dev/c/wYuPrIQzDTA). My reasoning being, this is not 'secure' content. |
