Describe the local proving workflow:

  1. Setup environment (use proof-market-toolchain, requires Publish a ready-to-work docker image  proof-market-toolchain#35)
  2. Make a statement.
  3. Prove it locally as it is, without interacting with the Proof Market
  4. Verify the proof locally
