NK Storage is not detected immediately after insertion #186

Device is detected after a significant delay (10-30 seconds) by the App after insertion while run on Windows 8. On App 0.4 device is detected immediately on same platform.
Issue is not occurring on Ubuntu 16.04/10.

Fixed in App v1.0.
