Creating a page doesnt add the pag

Then creating the page from the admin panel, the page is not actually created although it is added to the navigation

Looks similar to an issue I had with my GA plugin (julianlam/nodebb-plugin-google-analytics#7)

Specifically, these lines. Routes are added too late, apparently. Not sure when this broke, but it was recently. A regression was caused from NodeBB core itself.
