Start button visible before BN status is loaded

Describe the bug
Beacon node docker is running. Start button is visible for a few seconds after that the buttons change to stop/kill/remove.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to beacon nodes management
2. See buttons change from start to stop/kill/remove
3. Additionally, click on Docker container box to open BN dashboard
4. See same appearance with the buttons

Expected behavior
Expected status is loading. Same goes when status of BN is created (not yet started, in the process), buttons should not be visible

Additionally, when beacon node changes it's status from created to running the screen doesn't update (need to go back and forth to fetch the information again)
