refresh a device name on scan #105

During the air scanning, the device name is not refreshed on UI like an RSSI and advertise parameters.
If the device will change the name it'll be updated only with the user the swipe refresh.
How to reproduce: create a BLE device with the changeable name, check the name state on the scan
works ok on Android app
