RFE: Create pypi package so that it can be installed easily in a virtualenv #4

When creating a pypi package, installation of consensus could be done with 'pipsi install XXXXX' and will automate setup of virtualenvironment and requirements, making it more convenient for installation.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.
I will! But i think before we should test it much more.
As of now i'm preparing new update.
