INFO: Started rewritting for DSL2 (and reason)

Hi,
Seems we had people (Solveig) wanting hybrid assembly and the rest for plasmid ....
So started rewritting a bit - a minimal track (I know you wanted to put that in assemblage)
And at the same time, started to put to DSL 2 - Organized as ALPPACA (with some minor of my "sauce" changes)
so you can re-use, hopefully part of it.
