BUG: Navbar is always open in devices with lower width and Theme toggler is overlapping register button

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

Currently when we shift to medium and smaller devices the Navbar is always open and there is no way to close it and also theme toggler button is overlapping register button. I will also add Hamburger menu to navbar in small and medium devices to let the user open and close navbar.
