I translated about 70% of the text(most weapons,abilities,attributes.etc,excepted skills),here is the .db file,check the zip attachment

.db and .sqlite3 are the same format, it's just a different name. You can replace the extension without any issue. However, the program expect the .sqlite3 extension.

You don't really need to translate skills, since 1.2 can use Larian's translations for them. I will publish a pre-release of 1.2 shortly.
