Account and Footer links are broken in the Admin section

This is marginal, but I can't find an exact dupe for this. If you're logged in as an Admin, links to your account profile and some of the links in the footer are broken.

To reproduce this:

1. Log in as an administrator on http://qa.nugettest.org/.
2. Navigate to https://qa.nugettest.org/Admin.
3. Click on any of the following:
   a. The link to your account in the header,
   b. The "Contact Us" link in the footer, or
   c. The "Terms of Use" or "Privacy Policy" links in the footer.

Result: All of the links are broken.
Expected: We ought to have these work consistently across the site.

Putting it in Backlog as the impact is low and for Admins only.

Most things work, Admins know the terms of use anyway :)

Hi - is this admin page still in place? Can't find any reference to /Admin and if I login and go to /Admin I get a redirect error (e.g. https://www.nuget.org/users/account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2FAdmin)

Edit: Found it... not enough permissions.
