System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The wait operation timed out at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.b__24(Task1 result) at System.Threading.Tasks.ContinuationResultTaskFromResultTask2.InnerInvoke() at System.Threading.Tasks.Task.Execute() ---

This is a timeout caused by high SQL Azure latency. We can't really prevent it.

Re-opening the issue as per our discussion to see if any retry can be added to make it better ( as the failure rate noticed was 100 %)
