Change the way that mbean are inserted

The mbeans kibana visualizations are incompatible for having multiple layer.
Instead of inserting them in a generic way (mbean.value), insert them with their name into a specific attribute.
Or
see if it possible to add them in Kibana with custom aggregation request.
