Pistons don't work

Hello, I am using the latest nukkit and I'm experiencing a issue with pistons. Upon placing a Redstone block right next to a piston it doesn't do anything, I've tried buttons, levers ECT and no avail. The problem still happens with and without plugins even on a clean install. I'm pretty sure the rest is straight forward.
