Неправильно склоняются слова в укр.языке и неправильный союз, пример 123.78:
сто двадцять три цілий и сімдесят вісім сотий

Правильно:
сто двадцять три цілих і сімдесят вісім сотих

Или без союза:
сто двадцять три цілих сімдесят вісім сотих

А как правильно в банковской выписке?

В банковской выписке не пишут про сотые: если сумма 4,42 грн, то написано чотири грн 42 коп.
